For the OC Tag from Elissya-chan ; u ;
Actually I just wanted to a halfbody but when I finished that, only the fin was missing so I did the rest as well.. then I also did a bg because I thought it looks better  - but I had forgotten my zero skills when it comes to bgs so I'm not sure if it'll look better without//weeps
Also I think the colors are too blue now? but it's so supposed to be underwater idk//slapped
